Achievers Consortium on campus organises leaders into four effective team structures. Namely:
CATENEXIA: A science / High-tech Team
A team of youths in science and technology who seek to understand technology trends and use what they are learning to initiate ideas and initiatives geared towards a technology renaissance within our campuses and ultimately among youths.
XPONENTIA: Business economics Team
A team of youths who understudy the economics of development and seek to understand the nexus of factors that propel or otherwise hinder real development in transition economies like Nigeria. They organise business seminars and summits for youth to discuss trends and inspire entrepreneurship.
BEACONS: Leadership and Negotiation Team
A team of youths who seek to understand the global political environment and master the art of leadership. In pursuance of the goal to help Africa achieve visionary leadership, the team organises debates, conferences, and events that provide forums for youths to interact with leadership figures in society.
FRONTLINERS: Creativity Team
This team helps youths to discover and achieve their talents in the creative arts and channelling these potentials to influence youth culture towards creativity, innovation and character.

These teams are the first steps into becoming a part of the Youth Leadership Forum (YLFs)
