The 21st century unfolds with a vast new spectrum of possibilities for all nations of the world. Given the advances in the world and the increased access to valuable information and resources for personal development and wealth creation, African youths have no cause to remain backward.
In a knowledge-based global economy, there is a dire need to foster a coalition of young minds in our nation for the purposes of cross fertilisation of ideas and triggering a new intellectual culture of innovation, discovery and invention. Every true development begins from within. If we honestly expect to create a prosperous future for our nation and continent, we must conscientiously improve the intellectual and character profile of today's youths who would people the future.

Our Belief:
System We believe each person has a purpose on earth and it is very important that s/he discovers the truth about this We believe we all carry untapped layers of potentials that can only be channelled through our purpose. We might only succeed to scratch the surface while we attempt to do other things we are not meant for. We believe that through creativity and intellectual adventure we can tap into our inner resources and be the best we can be. We believe “black” is not a synonym of “lack”. Blacks are not genetically incapable of achieving any level of success they desire.
Success is not race-compliant, it answers to universal principles. We believe in the dignity of the human life. We are thus opposed to anything that abuses, dehumanises or detracts from the dignity and glory of the human life. We believe leaders are raised. Some may be born but effectiveness requires training, grooming and mentoring. We equally hold strongly that the earlier leaders are raised the better. Consequently, our work with young people begins at early high school ages.
We strongly believe that faith in Christ is not a head-in-the-sand escapism. Faith is the fuel of the human soul that empowers the mind to achieve incredible results that are above human.
